1. Course Enrollment & Payment

  • Once you enroll in a course and the payment is successfully processed, you will gain immediate access to the course materials (videos, notes, downloadable content, etc.).

  • By purchasing a course, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and acknowledge this refund policy.

2. Refund Policy

As our courses provide instant digital access, we follow a strict no-refund policy in the following cases:

  • You have already accessed more than 10% of the course content.

  • You request a refund after 7 days of purchase.

  • You fail to provide a valid reason that violates our course promises (e.g., technical glitches, duplicate charges).

However, refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate payment made due to technical error (proof required).

  • Non-delivery of course access within 48 hours of successful payment.

  • Technical issues on our platform preventing access, and not resolved within 72 hours.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Since all our offerings are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, course cancellations are not applicable.

  • Live webinars or workshops may be canceled or rescheduled by the admin due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, attendees will be notified in advance and rescheduled access or credit will be provided.

4. Refund Process (If Approved)

  • Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
